General Requirements

• Willing to travel within any location of Besmindo Group
• Some years of work experiences is preferred, however fresh graduate are welcome to apply with proper educational background
• Having ability to communicate in English, in managerial and staff position English is a must
• Should have API Specification knowledge for Manager
• Medically fit with satisfied visual acuity for color blind test

Detail Requirement

• Technical Manager:
• A Technical Degree or Polytechnic Diploma with 2 years experience in managerial level
• Having knowledge in machinery and welding
• Be able to draft Engineering Drawing and familiar with AutoCAD software
  
  
• Quality Assurance Manager:
• A Technical Degree or Polytechnic Diploma with 2 years experience in managerial level
• Having knowledge in Quality System Management
  
  
• Production Planning Control:
• Minimum a Polytechnic Diploma
• Shall be able to interpret Engineering Drawing
  
  
• Engineering:
• Minimum a Polytechnic Diploma
• AutoCAD software proficiency
  

• Quality Control:
• A Polytechnic Diploma or Technical High School with 2 years experience in similar field
• Be able to use measuring, test and inspection equipments
  

• Welder and Machine Operator:
• Minimum a Technical High School with 2 years experience
• Having relevant certification is preferable
  

• Administration Officer:
• Minimum a Secretarial Diploma
• Having knowledge in filing systems and correspondences
  

Training

The successful candidate will undergo a training for 3 (three) months and it is considered as probation period before assigning as a permanent employee
